Cooking and baking with raw honey, from breakfast to dessert and everything in between.
Raw honey asks a little more of a cook than the squeeze-bottle kind, and it gives more back. Because our honey is raw, it keeps the aroma of whatever the bees were visiting, along with the enzymes and pollen that heavy heat would destroy. That character is worth protecting in the kitchen.
The recipes in this section are built around that idea. You will find no-heat preparations that keep all of the raw benefits intact, simple everyday uses that swap refined sugar for honey without complication, and small habits like working honey into a morning routine in ways that actually taste good. Nothing here requires special equipment or a pantry full of extras. If you have a jar of our honey and a few ordinary ingredients, you can make everything in this section.
I test each recipe in my own kitchen with honey from our own hives before it appears here. If a step matters, I explain why. If a shortcut works, I take it.
