  • Never Heat-Treated or Ultra-Filtered
  • 100% Pure, No Additives or Corn Syrup
  • Locally Harvested in Bradenton, FL
  • Available in Three Flavors

8.9 oz Jar — $15.00
12 oz Jar — $20.00

Our bees forage on wildflowers, Brazilian pepper, saw palmetto, and citrus blossoms across Manatee County. The honey is extracted, lightly strained to remove wax debris, and jarred. That's it. No pasteurization, no blending with imported honey, no funny business.

Choose from three distinct flavors, each sourced from our own honeybees:

Traditional — Classic raw wildflower honey with natural floral notes.
Spice Infused — Warm spice blend for a rich, aromatic twist.
Chile Infused — A slow heat finish perfect for pairing with food.

Our honey is raw and full of natural enzymes for a pure and healthy option.

Why We Don't Ship Our Honey

We made a deliberate choice not to ship our raw honey. Extreme temperatures during transit can damage the natural enzymes, pollen, and beneficial properties that make raw honey special. Heat degrades it. Cold crystallizes it unevenly. We refuse to compromise what our bees worked so hard to create.

Our batches sell out quickly across the Sarasota and Manatee County area. Each harvest is limited by what our hives produce, and once a batch is gone, it is gone until the next extraction. Demand for local, unprocessed honey continues to grow, and we would rather sell every jar to someone who can taste the difference.

If you are in the Sarasota or Manatee County area, you can reserve your jars ahead of time by submitting a batch request below. We will reach out when your honey is ready for pickup, either at one of the local farmers markets we attend or at an arranged location.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Raw honey is never heat-treated or ultra-filtered, so it retains natural enzymes, pollen, and beneficial nutrients that commercial processing destroys.

Raw honey has an indefinite shelf life when stored properly. It may crystallize over time, which is natural and a sign of quality. Simply warm it gently to return it to liquid form.

The flavor of raw honey reflects the wildflowers and plants our bees forage in Bradenton, Florida. Store-bought honey is typically blended and pasteurized, which strips the unique floral notes.
